Why do we communicate? To move people. Every conversation is a chance to move someone’s thinking, feeling, and behaviour. Most people leave that impact to chance. I work with people who can’t afford to lose the room.

We don’t just bring our skills into a room, we bring our stories. Some light us up, others keep us small. I help people recognise both, and rewrite what they no longer need to carry.

My work training individuals and organisations in Impact, Influence, and Storytelling has taken me to every corner of the world training clients up to C-Level execs across multinational corporations. I work with Governments, Diplomats, Civil servants, and throughout industries such as Healthcare, Education, Energy, Tech & AI, Banking, and Finance. I design practical, high-stakes communication training that sharpens how you show up in the room. Making people aware of what you say, how you say it, and the impact you leave behind.

I’ve worked with teams at organisations including Google, HSBC, PwC and others, from emerging leaders to C-suite. Whether I’m coaching a senior official ahead of a difficult negotiation or helping a product team prepare for a pivotal pitch, my focus is the same: to help you read the room, hold attention and influence your audience with clarity and confidence. As a storyteller I help craft stories that make complex ideas human, build trust quickly and drive decisions.

My journey as an educator started as a qualified teacher,  working in primary education and then moving into secondary up to A-Level, working with children in the UK and also the Middle East. I hold a PGCE with QTS.

I have worked extensively with children with learning differences and disabilities with the objective of making sure no child feels left behind.
